Palin Looks to 2014 Senate Seat

It can be hard to remember that at a time, Sarah Palin had one of the highest approval ratings as Republican Governor for Alaska. This former vice-president candidate has turned into a political celebrity, appearing on Fox News in platform heels and pink lipgloss. Palin, however, is prepared to dip her toes back into politics. Although she only has a 34 % approval rating in Alaska right now, she is determined that she will do whatever it takes to serve Republicans in her state. According to James Hohmann reporting for Politici, Palin said, “Any American with a heart for service has to always have in the back of their mind that they would do anything [and] everything that they could to help the cause – even if perhaps it’s something that doesn’t look necessarily appealing or necessarily fitting in with a conventional plan that they would try to orchestrate for themselves and their family,” she said. “I, along with anybody, would have to say that I would do whatever I could to help. And you know if that was part of that help, then it would have to be considered.” Her super pac to begin fundraising efforts, SarahPac, already has an ad to gear up for 2014 elections.
