President George W. Bush Answers Questions on Snowden

Former President George W. Bush appeared on CNN today where he stated that Edward Snowden, the NSA whistleblower, “damaged the country. The Obama Administration will deal with it. I think he damaged the security of the country.” Bush said there needs to be a balance between security and privacy, and that he put the program in place to protect the country. One of the certainties is that civil liberties is guaranteed. President Bush is currently in Zambia where he and his wife are helping women fight cancer.
